Subscription / Recurring Orders FAQ


What products are available as a weekly recurring order?

Currently our Kombucha Club refillable bottles are the only products available as a recurring order. Delivery days to choose from are: Tuesday or Friday each week. Please note, this is a London based service. Please see our Delivery Information for eligible postcodes. 

How do you process payment? 

Recurring orders are processed through the secure payment gateway Stripe. Payment will be automatically debited at the same time each week until cancelled.

How can I cancel my recurring order? 

You can manage your order by logging into your account on our website: 

  • In the upper right hand corner of the Home page, click Log in. 
  • Enter your details and password. 
  • Once logged in, click "subscriptions" on your dashboard.
  • Click the "X" next to the subscription you wish to cancel. 
  • That's it! No further orders will be processed. However please note that the next recurrence of your subscription may already have been debited before you cancelled, in which case you can still expect this delivery. Or, if you prefer, get in touch and we can process a refund for you instead.

How can I amend my current recurring order - i.e. flavours, quantities, or delivery day?

Essentially, you can update your subscription preferences by cancelling your current subscription and setting it up again. Your shipping and delivery details should be saved, making the process quick and easy:

  • In the upper right hand corner of the Home page, click Log in. 
  • Enter your details and password. 
  • Once logged in, click "subscriptions" on your dashboard.
  • Click the "X" next to the subscription you wish to amend. This will cancel your current subscription parameters. 
  • Go through the checkout process again, with your amended order details (choice of flavours, quantities, and delivery day)
  • Please note that the next recurrence of your subscription may already have been charged before you amended it, for which reason we recommend checking your bank account to see if this is the case before amending your subscription. Get in touch and we can process a refund for any charge of a subscription order that you do not wish to receive. 

How can I "pause" my current recurring order? 

Currently there is no facility to pause a recurring order for a set period of time. If you are going away for more than a few weeks, we recommend cancelling your subscription and setting it up again when you return (see above instructions for cancelling a subscription). 

Or, if you prefer, Get in touch with the dates you are away, and leave your subscription in place. We will refund you for the instances of your order that you cant /don't want to receive.
